Amazon Prime Redemption Link Doesn't Exist

I received an email with instructions to redeem my amazon prime subscription, but there is no redemption link anywhere on either the fios mobile app or on the webpage on a computer.  Multiple calls & chats with customer service and I keep getting the run-around: numbers to the wrong department, tickets that never get resolved, etc.  This is getting extremely frustrating as now I will have a lapse in my amazon prime if I want to redeem this offer.

EDIT:  To provide further details, I have had the email resent to me twice, with no change.  I have been told a ticket would be opened and to try again in an hour, with no change (even two days later now).  This is a horrendous rollout and the fact that the customer service reps aren't aware that this issue is affecting many people (based on this forum) is inexcusable.
