Can't Redeem Xbox Gift Card

Hi,  

Today I became eligible to redeem the $50 xbox e gift card and it is not showing up in my home offers even though it showed in my Fios app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Absolutely ridiculous this is still an issue. So many threads on the same topic, and Verizon continues to bait new customers like myself with this "offer" that can't be redeemed. I've spent hours on the phone with support and chat, only to be given a new number to call for gift card redemptions. I've been on hold for an hour and counting, and when I tried yesterday it disconnected me after 48 minutes. This is insanity.
