While looking at potential upgrade options through the my FIOS app I noticed the app started behaving oddly, hanging up, etc. Now it shows my new monthly amount as being $105 per month for the same 100 mbps Internet service that I already had (at $35 per month) with no changes made. I can't make any changes online because the pages either just time out or tell me to contact my local Verizon business office. I've already spoken with someone via chat and they told me not to worry, however I can see from the multitude of other posts that people later became incorrectly billed despite reassurances such as that.
Who can actually help fix this problem before it manifest in my next month's bill and allow me to make changes to my account online again? Thanks.
