Can't redeem Amazon Echo 2nd Gen Reward

Hello,
I am unable to redeem my echo reward, the link from my email is invalid and the link on my FiOS app is no longer even there. Phone reps seems to have no idea how to resolve this, I've spent hours between different departments and reps and still nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?
