I am going on a Norwegian Cruise next month, which offers unlimited Premium Internet Services. Supposedly it is good enough to stream services like NetFlix. Should it also be good enough to stream television channels from the Fios TV App?

Even if they have good quality, you may be blocked. FiOS app only works within the US. If the Internet appears to be international, you will not be able to stream.
While the NCL Unlimited Premium WiFi package does state that is is good for streaming, I have found that the speed is quite often too slow to allow for a good streaming experience, especially on the older ships.
