Support says there is an issue where the app thinks the phone is rooted. They are working on a fix that will be an app update. watch for it.
6 months later they still can't figure out how to write an app for the purest version of Android?
Keep in mind the active discussion was locked instead of a proper response.
We're already just switching over to YouTube TV, this whole ecosystem is a mess.
