Disney+ and AMC+ cancellation

Since support chat is completely useless, I'll try this here.
I currently have Disney+ and AMC+ subscriptions on my account. I forgot the AMC+ auto-renew, so that one's on me. I'd like to cancel both of them as I don't use them, but there is zero way to do it online. I've seen every help page; so I'll be clear on my issues:
1) There is no link to "Service and Perks" or anything of that type that I can get to by going to my account management, whether on desktop or through the MyVerizon app. Anything like that does not work, so please do not link that help page for "manage Disney+ subscription" because the link within leads absolutely nowhere.
2) Even when I manage an outside way to get to the play+ subscription page or a direct link to cancel, it has an error page every single time, without fail. At no point have I even gotten to a page where I can even attempt to manage my subscriptions, as nothing at all ever seems to lead to them in any way, since it always comes up as an error message.
So I'm just asking a support agent here to please help me directly cancel both of these subscriptions on my account; please do not link to a help page somewhere else on the website, because I'm making it clear that absolutely none of it has worked at any point. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Check the link and at the bottom is a talk to us. Set up a call with the billing department, ask for an agent and get them to cancel what you need.
