I have until Sept 9 to activate my free year of Disney plus but every time I click on the banner in my account, only a blank white rectangle pops up. I have tried on different browsers (chrome, firefox, safari) without any luck. I have also tried on the my fios app on my cell phone and it just brings me to a blank white page. Any ideas on how to fix this? I don't want to lose out on my free year. Thanks!
