DoorDash gift card error

I have been absolutely unable to redeem my $200 DoorDash gift card for my new service. I’ve been eligible to redeem it since 1/15. Every time I try (app, chrome, safari, private mode, etc.) I get an error code “jwt” something or other). Every time I try to chat with someone, it conveniently disconnects once they understand the issue. Finally got someone on the phone who said the only thing I can do is get an “appeasement” of a $200 Verizon gift card (only able to be used AT Verizon). How am I supposed to eat with a Verizon gift card? That’s such an incredibly unhelpful “solution.”

I’ve had such miserable experiences with Verizon customer service lately, and I am so regretting getting Fios.
