In the FiOS Mobile app when I go to the My Stuff area, then Downloads area, then tap on the three dots in upper right, under the Storage area it shows me used and free space. At the bottom of that screen is a Delete all downloads button which is grayed out. I want to delete all the downloads. I don’t even remember downloading anything but there is space taken up with those downloads
How can I get the button to light up to allow me to delete the downloads?
I have deleted the app and then re-added it with no success.
Any help would be appreciated
