Fios App in Accessibility Mode

I've been using the Fios App on my iPad for quite a while. However, tonight when I was watching Live TV, it kept describing what was going on in the shows. I didn't change any settings and don't know how to "turn it off". Any ideas/suggestions on how to get it to stop?

Using FIOS Mobile APP Ver 2.0.7720

iPad2 iOS 7.0.4

Just watched live TV ...perfectly normal

Does your problem occur on all TV channels ?

Are you using FIOS Mobile App. ?

Yes, I'm using the Fios Mobile App.  I noticed it on two channels, USA and TBS.

What Version of the Mobile app ?

Maybe delete and reinstall ?
