Fios Gift Card redemption link does not work

The tile/link to claim my Fios installation $100 gift card does not work. I have tried multiple diagnoses with a Verizon agent (restart comp, clear cookies, different browser, tried using on phone, ipad, computer, Fios app, etc.) 

When Verizon agent could not resolve, she gave me number to call a Verizon rep to help but no one even seems to even be working in this department or their line is down just like the Verizon link.

I get automated  messages like "We are currently experiencing system problems and are unable to process your call, please try again later" or some other excuse.  And i  have tried  multiple days already.

Pretty disappointing service Verizon.

Please advise/assist.
