Fios TV mobile doesn't work with Fios home network?

I have Fios for home TV & Internet, with  1 Gbps internet service.  I have Fios at home and Verizon Wireless for mobile phone.  On my phone, I cannot use the Fios TV app when connected to the WIFI.   It times-out trying to load the channels.  The phone is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10.  My home router/WIFI is the Verizon G3100

If I disable the wifi and use mobile data, the Fios app brings up the channels almost instantly -- but I get a warning that I'm using the app from a non-Fios network and will not get all my channels.

I have done speed tests with the WIFI enabled and am getting a very good download speed.   Other streaming apps, like Youtube and Amazon Prime have no trouble.

I have restarted the phone.  I have cleared the Fios app data, I have uninstalled-and-reinstalled the Fios TV app -- a couple of times.  I have had the phone "forget" and re-login to the WIFI.  None of these help.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion!  I deregistered the phone, recycling the STB power, and re-registered my phone.  It still wasn't working.

I then power-cycled the ONT and G3100.  That solved it.  As soon as they came back up, the phone was streaming video perfectly.

Have you tried un-registering the phone from the VMS 4100, then re-registering it? You have to be on the same network as the VMS 4100 to register it, after that you can be on any network. Also try disabling mobile data when you are connected to the home network and are trying to stream.
