So this is now January 2023. I switched over the Fios from Xfinity and was assured that I could stream my subscribed channels (I have the MOST TV package) on my other devices using my Fire Stick. I was receiving the same problem mentioned in this thread - that the device (my Fire Stick) is unable to communicate with my Verizon Media Server owing to either it being powered off of a network issue." I have spent many, many hours on the phone with tech support - multiple different teams. I have streaming service on my account. They have reset my router, my Fios ONE Box (VMS), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even bought a brand new, newest generation Fire Stick. Nothing is working. Not only can I not access many of my subscribed channels but I also cannot access my DVR recordings. It is really frustrating.

Did you register the Firestick to the VMS box? If so did you try un-registering and re-registering it? Did you try getting in touch with the Business office and have them re-register your account? How is the signal strength at the Fire stick location? Did tech have you reboot the ONT? A lot of questions, but info I need to help.
