Okay, I give up - I see my Recorded Programs list on my DVR, but the only option I see is a dangerous little "Delete" popup when you click on the three vertical dots to the right of each recorded episode.
The FIOS Remote app suffers from the same thing, except it's a lot safer because the Delete option is a big red button - but no PLAY button 😞
