Fios: unable to claim Xbox $50 gift card

am beyond frustrated. I just got off a 48 minute phone call with Verizon customer support where, in the end I just hung up on. This was after being passed around by 6 different people who could not help me.
I don't know why this it is such an impossible ask, to get the $50 gift card that was promised when I signed up.
This is what happens:
- I login
- I go to my offers
- I click on the xbox $50 gift card offer tile
- I accept terms and conditions on the xbox offer page
- I click the "Claim offer now" button
- I am then redirected to a page (see screenshot) that says "The requested URL was not found on this server. Go to MyVerizon Home"
- Clicking on that just goes back to the account page. It's a loop.
I have tried 3 different browsers. Incognito mode, the Fios app. Nothing works. It's the same result every time.
Please send me my $50 XBOX gift card!
