HPN not working.

On the Fios app I am unable to see the devices that are connected or the parental controls that were setup. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fios app, factory reset the router, and rebooted the router. I am still receiving the HPN is unavailable or not setup messages. I need some assistance to get the HPN work properly and to see the devices and parental controls.
