How to get my equipment details updated online/app?

I updated all my equipment to Fios TV One about a month ago, but the website "My Verizon" and Android app still show model number and serial number of the old equipment I returned. I've called/chatted with VZW support a half-dozen times on this with no success.
How do I get this information updated? Is there any way to escalate an issue like this? Thanks.
