How to use FIRE STICK 4K MAX when AWAY from Home? Simply trying to watch MY STUFF/CONTENT

OMG.  I cannot get ANY real answers from VERIZON after 8+ hours - so sad! 

OBJECTIVE:  I simply want to watch My Stuff/Content (DVR, movies I paid for, TV Channels, etc.) when I'm AWAY FROM HOME (away from my verizon home router and home WIFI) on a regular sized TV (e.g., in a hotel with WIFI). 

CONFIGURATION:  bought the latest Amazon FIRE STICK (4K MAX), registered it with Amazon, downloaded the VERIZON Fios application, connected hotel WIFI, tried to log into my verizon account/content (directly via the app & via my cell phone "log in to a streaming device"), however, get this error every time:  "Your Fios TV package doesn’t include a Streaming Device Connection, which is required to use this device to access your Fios TV service. You can go to http://myverizon.com to manage your account connections."   So I go to my account, get to TV Management, however, there is no listed appliance (Fire Stick) for me "manage." Another OMG!

QUESTION: at home I'm under the old/legacy Ultimate TV package (not new Mix & Match), however, I do not believe my current package is the limitation here. Seems to me this issue is about networking checks, ports & protocols. Anyone have any ideas on how I can configure to meet my remote FIRE STICK operations objective? Thanks.

Not sure if you need to add the streaming package, but you have to connect the streamer, at HOME to the system to register it before it can be used outside the home network.

I have the same problem but can't find a way to add streaming to my Mix and Match. Where do  I find out where add the Streaming Service to my account?

Check with the billing department. They should be able to set you up.
