I can't receive a straight answer on my 200 dollar gift card

I have  spent hours on the phone with various Departments and representatives regarding the $200 Home Depot Gift card and Verizon Gift cards offered to sign up with Verizon Fios at my new residence.  The Appeasement Department is supposed to be able to provide assistance, I was referred back to Customer Service Supervisor Alback, who after suggesting I clear history/cookies/data/cache and download the MyFios App - maybe I could access the Home Depot Tile gift card in my account.  These suggestions failed and I was informed that nothing could be done because the "system was broken" - so I was referred back to the Appeasement Department to be told that it will be ordered for me and will take another two weeks to 30 days to receive a $200 Home Depot card via email.  Supervisor Alback stated she had no one else that could assist me and there was no one else in the Verizon Executive Relations Department to assist me. Gabrielle and Diane in the Appeasement Department advised they had to submit emails for "offline support to BlackHawk."   I waited the 65 day period to be told that "it should take another day or so for the file to be updated that you do not have any past due billings."   I see that there are many customers out there wondering about this same issue with Verizon.
