Logging into Wireless account always redirects to Fios account

I have both Verizon cell phone and Verizon Fios internet accounts. I used to be able to log in to `verizonwiress.com` for phone and to `verizon.com` for internet items.

At some point, `verizonwireless.com` started redirecting to `verizon.com`, which shouldn't have been an issue as long as I could have somehow access both mobile and internet accounts within the domain.

The problem is, each time I try to access `Sign in to Mobile Account` or `Account > Services > Phone ` nav item, I ALWAYS am redirected to Fios dashboard. See these screen recordings for reference: recording 1 and recording 2

Yes I do have a mobile app, through which I can access my mobile account. But I hate to be forced to use my small phone screen to view my account information. It's absurd that I am in Fios purgatory when I simply want to browse my mobile account info.

`verizon.com` chatbot is pathetic as it does neither provide useful information nor connect me to a real human being.

Considering how much money I'm spending at this company, I find it absurd and non-sensical.

Do you have the same username for both accounts? Have you tried logging in with your phone number instead?

AdrienneNocella, we're right here to help make sure you can access your Verizon Wireless online account. When you're logging in, are you using your Verizon Wireless phone number or the user name? Does this happen in both the My Verizon app on your phone & when you try to log in on the website? -Alicia

i have this same problem.  The login name is different for the Fios and Wireless accounts.  They cannot be combined because the Fios account is in my wife's name and the wireless is in my name.  What needs to be done to fix this?

Are you saying that if you attempt to log into your wireless My Verizon account it logs into your wife's Fios account. For example if your login is "user1" and your wife's login is "user2", you get to user2 stuff from the user1 login? 

 

Does your wife have a login for her wireless line?

Is it possible that you and your wife use the same device to access the accounts and are 'saving' the login info for quick access?

You realize how stupid that sounds?   I have a Verizon FIOS account for the company i work for.  Has NOTHING to do with me.  Login is the buisness email account?   Yet no matter what i do, i cannot get to a Verizon Wireless login page.   It always redirects me to the business WHICH IS NOT CONNECTED IN ANY WAY TO MY PERSONAL WIRELESS ACCOUNT.  What's up Verizon?  You are so bad in so many ways it's beyond my ability to comprehend.

Same thing happens to me. It's so annoying and I can't believe a HUGE company like Verizon can't get this straight. SMH

Probably the same question will be asked of you that has NOT been answered by the other posters with this issue:  Does using your phone number work when logging in to verizonwireless.com?  That might be a start getting an agent to help.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies recently?  Please try this and let me know if it solves the issue.
