Media Manager is an Epic Fail

Where is the Media Manager software?

My Fios enabled TV tells me that to use the YouTube widget I need to download Media Manager to a PC but the provided link, www.verizon.com/mediamanager, forwards to a page with no info on this whatsoever.  Searching this site has been an utter waste of time and **bleep** aggravating.

There's an iPhone app called "Media Manager" but it doesn't work, really.  It wants you to "register before continuing" but has no ability to allow registering (rather brilliant design).  That's like saying "you need to login" and then not providing a login screen.

I just wanted to watch YouTube videos on the TV.  Yeesh.

Any help is appreciated.

Try this link:   www22.verizon.com/fiostv/myapps/members/apps.aspx

If the link doesn't work go to MyVerizon, and on the left side select my apps.  There are two versions, one for  computer one for mobile.

You can also access it from the far right hand menu, last item - called download apps.   If you can log into this site then you are registered.

Q: What does the “I Want To…” tab allow me to do?

A: This area is chock-full of links to common tasks - like viewing your bill, paying your bill, checking email, changing your plan and much, much more!

You can also use the tabs next to the “I Want To…” drop down to easily toggle between general interest areas and your accounts & services.
