Mobile + Home Discount savings may be affected after pending account changes are made

I rejoined Verizon Wireless a couple months ago based in part on the Mobile + Home discount that was offered.  I was already a Verizon FIOS customer when I rejoined Verizon Wireless and when I joined the Verizon Wireless website said I would get the Mobile + Home discount.

I have tried many times to register both online and on the My Verizon app and I keep getting the error message "Mobile + Home Discount savings may be affected after pending account changes are made."

I have tried at least a dozen chats and calls with Verizon to get this resolved.  First I started with Verizon Wireless and they said it was a Verizon FIOS issue.  Then I tried Verizon FIOS and they said it was a Verizon Wireless issue.

I have opened multiple tickets with both Verizon Wireless and Verizon FIOS for some backend team to resolve and tickets simply get closed out without resolution.  

Each time I get on with a rep it is like I am starting from square one.  They have no background on the history despite reps from my prior conversations saying they have put detailed notes on the account.  Each new rep just starts walking me through the step to register either online or on the My Verizon app like this is the first time I have called.

I am really at a loss here.  I have 4 lines, so that is $40 a month that I am getting overcharged.  I see no way to get resolution here and am beyond frustrated.
