My Fios App & Fios TV App on Android Phone

When I logged onto My Fios App it told me the app is being discontinued and I should uninstall it and install Fios TV. I did that but when I try logging into Fios TV I get message that account is either disabled and\or suspended and I should call Verizon. So I tried calling Verizon and the several times I tried calling I was told the wait was over 1 hour and I hung up. If this is the kind of service I can expect, I can cancel service since I do not have any contract. If someone can help then please tell me how to proceed.

Can you get far enough in to app to access help and report trouble?

If not, try contacting support on twitter @verizonsupport.

I assume you can use the exact same login and password to access your account online?

One is newer replacing the older version.

They haven't explicitly said.

Possible it was just a total rewrite.
