My Fios TV app for iPad

In my home with 5 Fios One Tv's (one 4100 VMS and four client STB's), I am unable to reliably stream recorded TV shows to any iPad or Samsung Tablet while outside my home. Streaming on my home wifi of recorded content is fine. The error messages encountered include:

We are unable to process your request due to a connection error. Please try again later. Error code: 33-PLYB_DVR_UI_VMS_1057

This seems to change depending on time of day, with mornings being the most problematic. Locations I try to stream from are mostly 100Mbps/30Mbps or better, on Wifi 5 and Wifi 6 SSID's. Problem occurs on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi networks. Verizon has not been much help, though they have replaced the DVR, set top boxes, ONT, Fios Router. I have replaced the iPad several times as well. Has anyone seen this sort of issue using the My Fios TV app? Thank you
