This is my second year bringing up this subject. I can watch every channel on FiOS except for NBC Sports & NESN. I have contacted tech support. I don't know what issue would only cause two TV channels only to pixelate but I was told it is not a known issue. However I have seem multiple complaints about this over the past few years. Fortunately I was able to download NBC sports app & stream the Celtics game. I have the newest Fios TV1 equipment. I don't think I had this issue with the older STB . Hopefully someone at Verizon will look into this issue & come up with a resolution. If others are having the same issue please tag this post so Verizon knows it is an issue.

There are three basic causes of specific channels going bad. First is a bad tuner in the Fios box. Replacing the box fixes that. The second is a bad splitter, the third is a transmission error. The best way to find out if that is the issue is to check with neighbors with Fios and see if they have the issue too. If they do, it IS a transmission issue and Verizon and the network need to fix it.
