So I am a new customer. Ordered services over Black Friday weekend. Service installed today. My fios app does not show amazon gift card that was promised. Spoke to online chat and they said that offer isn’t valid anymore. Well yea, but I ordered when it was! I got nowhere. Any ideas what to do now?
