New to FiOS - Can I watch my DVR'd shows on my laptop?

We've had FiOS for about 2 days now (switched from Comcast). I know I can use my phone/tablet with the FiOS mobile app, but what if i just have my windows laptop? Where can I go to watch the shows I have on my DVR on the laptop?

DVR viewing is only supported via app on mobile devices.

Unfortunately there are problems with the iPad and cellphone apps. (IOS). Haven't been able to function through the apps for several days.

NO!!

Unfortunately FIOS has not gotten with the times and does NOT allow yout to watch DVR recording on a Laptop, only on phone or tablet.  ANNOYING.
