So basically the title when I bought the internet everything went fine once I logged into the Fios app it asked for proof of residency and I live with friends and I do not have bill that states I pay rent because it’s cash so I uploaded a image of my insurance that shows I live here but it’s still pending is there another way to prove or go around the proof of residency.
and the other is that I live in the basement and the people upstairs have internet already and they have Fios too I’m trying to get my own which I’m waiting for installation to come next week if my proof of residency is solve or I don’t know if it’s necessary for installation but I was wondering if there be problem or what should I do or be expecting and be ready for ? They keeping their internet and I get my own for the basement .
