Not able to redeem Verizon Gift Card

Similar to the other dozen+ threads I've seen here, I am not able to redeem the $100 Verizon Gift Card for signing up for Fios. Clicking on the rewards tile either refreshes the same page, or takes to another page that doesn't load.  Have tried with 3 different browsers and within the Fios app itself, none of them work.

Chat support was not helpful and gave me a number to call. Of course, the number was simply an automated voice saying they were unable to answer the phone.

There's been enough people with the same issue that I can't believe this isn't fixed yet.
