Old Fios Account Associated with Verizon Wireless

Growing very frustrated with Verizon customer service, have chatted with both a Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios representative with no resolution on the issue.  Prior to moving, both my Fios and Wireless accounts were associated allowing me to view each on my app and more importantly save $5+$5 a month on each account.  When I moved I had to set up a new account with Verizon Fios, and then later cancel my old account Fios account at my old address.  Now I can't disassociate the old account from my Verizon Wireless, nor can I apply for the monthly bundle savings, and customer support is proving to be unhelpful. At this point I'm ready to switch carriers/providers for both internet and wireless.
