New here and I was hoping someone could explain to me something. My FIOS TV package allows me to view free movies from, FXM, and others (On Demand). How come when I use my AppleTV (on the same Home FIOS line), using the network’s app (in this case FXM), to try and load the same movie I can watch for free on the FIOS box (On Demand), it doesn’t allow me (while using my FIOS login via the activate feature fron the FXM app in this case)? It says my subscription doesn’t allow me or these is some kind of issue.

Is it only fxm that has this issue? Or other apps?
Its possible that FXM does not allow this in their contract with FiOS.

On demand normally is used via verizons set top boxes. Just like cable does.
many times the programming can not be used outside of Fios via their on demand.
Apple tv is great and I find many apps are just not updated to function with it.
in this case that also may be your issue.
