Order Stuck in 'Pending' Status Online

When I try to view my Fios plan online or via the mobile app to see if I want to make any changes, the options appear to be locked or frozen and at the top there is an order number and a message which states:

"Your order is pending.
Thank you for placing your order. Check status. Your current plan will be updated in about 5 minutes, and you may then place any additional orders." When I called about this issue, the agent informed me that there are no orders pending. The last order was completed back in early July which is when I did request a couple of changes to my account.

In this forum, it seems there have been quite a few complaints about this issue but did not see any resolutions. 

Please help!

Same exact issue.  It's been 2+ years since this order and still showing as pending.  All  I get from the agents is we've documented your account and we apologize.   This is beyond unacceptable.  Do better, Verizon!
