PC does not show emails

I use Outlook Express 6. I also have an iphone 5s. My emails come thru on the iphone but dont show up on my PC or in the My Fios App. My settings on my PC are checked to leave a copy on server-remove after 5 days-remove when deleted from delete items. Something is not right. I have searched these forums for an answer to no avail. Would appreciate any help

Are both the IPHONE and Outlook Express 6 using the same username?  It seems to me that maybe the username you are using in Outlook is not the same in your Iphone

Make sure your iphone settings are set not to delete messages.

Set not to delete msgs
