Paying a bill

I have simply jus wanted to pay my bill. And after many attempts I have not been able to. I was told to down load the Fios app which I did and this would also not let me pay my bill. For a communications company Verizon certainly does not have any idea of how to communicate and help their customers , and I am one who just wants to PAY MY BILL. The online portal keeps brining be back to my paid phone bill, but I want to pay my Fios internet bill, and nope that is not an option and cannot be done. I hope the Verizon' shareholders know that the company is making it difficult to TAKE PAYMENT. Seems like a problem to me. And I phoned the company mid day and was on hold so long that after an hour (yes and hour) with a communication company I had to hang up, and all to actually just to try to pay for the services. I have never really thought about looking for other internet providers, and I have been with Verizon for over a decade, but it if is this hard to GIVE THEM MY MONEY for services with such poor customer service it might be time to look for other providers.
