Samsung S4 gives "sign in failed", can't get email

This has been going on since yesterday. I can access my email from My Fios app and my PC but no go with my S4.

Lets get your email working! Is the email account that is having problems a Verizon.net email? Are any other email accounts having issues on your account? We have been notified by VerizonFIOS that the Verizon.net email will work the best with the FIOS application. The built in email app on smartphones can sometimes have issues with connecting to it.

Hi Christopher,

Yes, the account is a Verizon.net email. No other email accounts having issues. I did call Verizon Wireless support last night and the technician explained that everyone was having the same issue and was expected to be resolved today. It still doesn't work but the MyFIOS app does work fine so I am using that. Thanks for your help.
