Setup Fee With Verizon Fios

I am a teacher and a day after I had Fios installed was informed that teachers can have the setup fee waived. I spoke with an agent, who said the fee would be waived and the fee was no longer on my account later that day. Almost two weeks went by, there was an auto debit for only the monthly rate, and then the setup fee returned to my account. However, I never received any notification through the app, via email, or in a text message that this fee was now being added back onto my account. (I only noticed because I had signed onto the app for another reason.) My concern is that I was told the fee would be waived, it was, and then it was added back onto my account without me being informed. Any assistance you can provide or any information you can share about who I may contact to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
