Slow FIOS upload speeds Harrisburg, PA - customer service is no help

Since last week, my FIOS upload speeds have been terrible (Harrisburg, PA area).  I only use FIOS internet and have my own router (Google WiFi).  It is NOT an issue with my router (yes, I have tried restarting it).  Other places I have FIOS (example, @ work), we have also noticed this problem.  Download speeds are fine.  I tried chatting with customer service, but they were of no help.  They just kept trying to get me to use their router "for optimum performance."  As you can see from my Google WiFi app, the speeds WERE fine, until March 7.

I wonder if this is my problem too?  I was talking with a Verizon account rep last week about renewing my contract.  Is there anyone from Verizon on here that can actually help?

Technician found the problem. In the datacenter my connection was wired both as 50/50 and 75/75 Mbps with conflicting settings. After they switched to correct configuration, both upload and download speeds returned back to normal.
