Starting Service

Hi! I signed up to initiate service for Fios Internet at my new address in Brooklyn. Due to the fact that the previous tenant had not terminated service, I had to upload my lease in the Fios app.  Now, after a few days the app still displays messaging saying “We’re reviewing the information you sent and we’ll be reaching out to you soon.” I have already moved in and have still not received any contact. I need internet for work, so what can I do? Thank you!
