Worst customer service ever! I can not wait to get rid of Fios! App processes whatever amount it wants to and they refuse to give you your money back! This is not the first time they have taken too much from me! Now they refuse to give it back. Will be finding a new company asap. There are too many options out there and messing with people's money will quickly put you out of business! Its not like you even have the best rates!!
