Two active FIOS accounts

Help! Somehow my information is associated with two active accounts. One is signed up for paperless billing and that is the info I see when I log in to my Fios app. I receive bills in the mail for the other account and that is set up for auto pay. I tried to register that account with the account number but it says that the info is already registered.

Wow....
i would call 1-800-VERIZON and see if they can straighten it out.
the account one or the other “both” belong to you? Of just the one?
make sure to have both account numbers and addresses to get it fixed.
