Cloud doesn’t work with iOS on Apple. Have been told this through 2 emails. Instructions have been to add a 600gb plan and then the 2tb plan I have through my gigabit connection on Fios will automatically populate on the mobile app. Tried the residential sign in with my Fios info and still nothing changes. Mobile app shows now I have the 2tb plan but nothing backup after completing a scan of my phone and it just keeps scanning again.

Yes, up to date on iOS. When I click upload files it just spins for a few seconds and the. Goes back to scan the files on my phone again. Tried logging in again to business/residential account with my Fios account but this does nothing.
