Verizon Fios TV app says it is not connected to home network

I have been streaming local TV through my ipad and iphone while working from home for over 2 years.  Just this week I can no longer watch my local channels or watch my DVR's programs from my Verizon Fios TV App.  It tells me I need to connect to my local network, which I am connected.  I have removed the app, re-authenticated rebooted every TV, Device and WiFI and still no luck. I have run every troubleshooting option and reached out to Verizon (crickets).
