Verizon Visa card not awarding me my due points

I have had the Verizon Visa Card for almost 1 year. I foolishly assumed that I was getting the correct points for my purchases.
The only way to check is on the mobile app, which is so cumbersome and user unfriendly. I tried chatting to see if the rep could tell me where I could find them on the desktop browser version, or if maybe they could email me the info. The rep told me after several minutes of holding that she was unable to see my points and didn't know why. She was going to put in a ticket with tech support and told me to try contacting chat support again in 2 hours. That's it. I was just dismissed.
So yesterday, I painstakingly downloaded and reviewed EVERY SINGLE transaction I have made on the card. I added up what I should have gotten. Then I went on the app and compared. It was horrible. It took me over 4 hours to do. And what I found was that I am missing $156 in rewards. So many transactions were never rewarded, some incorrectly (i.e. a grocery store earned only 1% ) or inconsistencies in the percentage awarded (the same store earning 4% on one transaction and 1% on another). Not even my Verizon Wireless and Verizon FIOS charges have been for every month, only a few.
The Synchrony Bank website has a chat but no email or anything in the FAQs regarding missing points.
This is unacceptable, what's the point of using a rewards card if I'm not getting rewards? I have a Capital One Card that I earn 2% on but I don't have to review every transaction. But if I had to, there's a page with all the detail available on their site.
I'm also having an issue with my wireless trade in. I'm getting ready to say goodbye to Verizon if both of these issues aren't resolved.
