Hey all,

Whenever I try to do anything with Verizon online. I get an error and it just says “We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time” every time I try.

 

This has been happening for a while now, My Fios app doesn’t work either, it gives me a similar error. I have to call to do anything. Let me know what I can do to fix this issue.
