Accessing my Verizon app

• I have a note 20 ultra 5g Verizon and I signed up for free 30 trial.i can't access any features in my Verizon except community forums and gives me opportunity to link services I can't link it because the phone number on the esim they assigned me is recognized as enrolled in Verizon business. Help me. I can log in to my Verizon and only thing there is link by phone number or account number. I need my account number as the phone number is recognized as Verizon business

If it's the free trial, then I wouldn't think anything in My Verizon works with it, since you have to be a paying customer with an active service before anything in My Verizon is functional.  The free trial has no perks or subscriptions to be managed.
