I keep getting the message that my account has been locked but it is impossible to reset my password. I have tried from my mobile device and my laptop. When I click the reset password button it sends me to an error message which redirects me back to the website. I have been unable to get support through the chat feature because it circles back as well. I have been unable to get in contact with an agent via the phone number. This has been going on for awhile and it is extremely frustrating. I have cleared my cache and cookies and tired multiple browsers.
