Account Ownership Problem

I am still having the problem of my account not recognizing me as the account owner when I am and I'm not able to see any of my billing info or purchase any other items.

I am having the same problem, Very frustrating. It's me and my 16 yr old daughter on account .I really would like to go back to my previous carrier.
