Account ownership problem

I am the account owner as I have paid for the lines and opened up a new account  with Verizon in December. When I log into my verizon it will not let me login as the account owner and only as an account member. So now I can't change my plans if I want to or make purchases and I can't view any of my receipts. I can't access anything except the bill and its very frustrating because I am paying all of this money and I can't even access my information. I haven't been able to get any help through customer service.  I am just very confused because I haven't had this problem with other phone companies and would just like this problem resolved.

No it's just me I opened the account at the store and I am paying for two lines (one for me and one for my little sister and she hasn't done anything on the account).

jadenfrank, that registering of who is the Account Owner online is something we can help with. I'm going to send a Private Message so we can work on that together.

Exact same problem. When I log in it even has (Account Owner) after my name,  but anything I try and do says I need the account owner to grant me permission. I'm the only person on my account, I opened it, and have had it for almost a year, I get all the emails, and pay all the bills.

We have exactly the same issue and we have been waiting a week to get this fixed but nothing changed unfortunately. This is extremely frustrating experience; especially seeing how many people have the same issue

I am having the same problem.  The online login for our account is only an account manager and there is no account owner (it appears the account is orphaned after we cancelled another line on it years ago).  Can someone please assist?

I am having this exact same issue and it's extremely frustrating. It's been an issue for a very long time and customer support has failed to help correct the issue in the past.

Having similar issue…I never set an account pin up, Verizon has reset the pin multiple times but it constantly tells me that my zip and pin don’t match records….so very very frustrating
