really for the amount they charge, the verizon app is not good. everytime i try to make a payment is either blank or doesn't come up. when i call to make a payment on the phone, i'm not able to add in a new card because can't speak to a representitive why because they charge $10.00 just to speak to a human being on the phone. just amazing. do they want to get the payment or not? if yes, then make the app work. Seriously.!!!!!
If the application doesn't work, have you considered using the website on your phone to make a payment? At least that way you can confirm your payment information is correct.
